Pricing FAQ
- How much does a pet portrait cost?
- Here your first portrait is free to preview and free in HD when you sign up. After that a single pet portrait is 40 credits, which is $0.83 to $1.00 depending on the pack. Hand-painted digital portraits elsewhere cost $15 to $40, and canvas prints $57 to $170.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. You pay once for a pack of credits. Nothing renews, and you are never charged again unless you buy another pack.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits stay in your account until you use them, so leftovers are ready for the next pet or the next gift.
- What happens if a portrait fails?
- Credits are only used for finished portraits. If one fails, the credits go back to your balance automatically.
- Can I get a refund?
- Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for details.
- Do you sell printed portraits or canvas?
- Not yet. You get the HD digital file, which any photo printing service or canvas shop can print.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
